green beans with fresh tomato sauce


to make the delicious sauce:
The best way to peel the tomatoes -
crisscross the skin with a sharp knife;
put them in a bowl and cover with boiling water;
leave for 10 minutes,
then skin them :)
Cut the tomatoes to remove the seeds and chop the pulp;
heat some olive oil in a pan;
add finely chopped or crushed garlic;
throw the chopped tomatoes in;
add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar,
herbs (fresh or dry)
and a few drops of tabasco;
reduce the sauce until quite thick;

mix with the green beans (or anything else) and serve :)
