very sour cucumber soup with croutons

cook diced potatoes in vegetable stock;
dice pickled (but not in vinegar, the other ones) cucumbers and start simmering in water (I usually grate some of the cucumbers and dice the rest because grating makes the soup more sour);
when the potatoes are almost soft, throw them to the cucumber soup, add bay leaf, fresh black pepper, allspice, but NOT salt (the cucumbers are usually very salty already);
at the very end add some creme fresh and croutons made of stale bread on a frying pan and butter.

sure! it's VERY simple:
cook diced potatoes in vegetable stock;
dice pickled (but not in vinegar, the other ones) cucumbers and start simmering in water (I usually grate some of the cucumbers and dice the rest because grating makes the soup more sour);
when the potatoes are almost soft, throw them to the cucumber soup, add bay leaf, fresh black pepper, allspice, but NOT salt (the cucumbers are usually very salty already);
